Shipping & Return Policy

  • Processing Time: 2 day processing prior to shipping
  • No Returns or Exchanges: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • International Shipments: Customers are responsible for custom taxes and duties upon delivery.

  • Fast Shipping: Orders placed by 12 PM EST Monday-Friday ship the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM EST ship the next business day. Shipping is available on business days only (Monday-Friday).

  • Delivery Timeline: You can expect your order to arrive within 2-4 business days.

  • Fraud Risk Analysis: All orders are subject to a fraud risk analysis.

  • Address Accuracy: To avoid shipping delays, please ensure that your shipping and billing addresses match.

  • Liability: Softie is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Insurance is available for purchase. Claims related to lost packages with photographic proof of delivery by the carrier cannot be guaranteed. Approved claims will result in replacement items only.
